How to choose ePošťák as your digital mailbox provider
Provider selection is now available on the official Financial Administration portal. Open the direct link, sign in for your company, and confirm Kaja Solutions s.r.o. (ePošťák) as your digital mailbox provider.
The official portal opens certified-provider selection with ePošťák preselected. Once you confirm the choice, activation continues by email from ePošťák.
Already have another provider? You do not need to repeat the initial selection. See the downtime-free switch of digital postman.
Selection steps
Visit the provider-selection page
Open https://vpds.financnasprava.sk/vyber-certifikovaneho-poskytovatela?id=13 or use the button on this page.
Click Continue
On the Financial Administration portal, confirm the opening screen with the Continue button.
Sign in to the portal
Sign in using your Slovak ID card or using your login ID and password.
Choose Kaja Solutions s.r.o. (ePošťák)
In the list of certified providers, choose Kaja Solutions s.r.o. (ePošťák) as your digital mailbox provider.
Confirm the provider selection
Check the selected company details and confirm the choice on the Financial Administration portal.
We send you an activation email
After FS SR sends us the confirmation, ePošťák emails you an activation link so you can finish account setup.
Selecting us on the FS SR portal is not enough. You will receive an activation email from ePošťák, and e-invoices can reach you only after you activate the account.
Email did not arrive? Check your spam folder and, on the Forgot password page, request a new activation link.
