A digital mailbox under your brand

White-label ePošťák is built for ERP systems, accounting software and integrators that want to offer Peppol e-invoicing to their clients without building their own delivery infrastructure.

You own the client layer, communication and commercial relationship. ePošťák provides the technical backend and shared Peppol Access Point; its technical, network or legal identity may be visible in infrastructure metadata.

  • new companies stay in your product
  • new companies without an ePošťák account or OAuth
  • Peppol infrastructure without building your own Access Point
  • provider webhooks and SMP under your control

What is a white-label digital mailbox?

A white-label digital mailbox is a service that a partner provides to its end customers under its own brand. After separate approval by the Slovak Financial Administration, clients select the partner directly in vPDS. A new accountless company does not get an ePošťák account or use ePošťák OAuth. A reused company may retain historical and legal records, but ePošťák client access, old sessions, links, and branded artifacts are blocked throughout White Label management. ePošťák provides the Peppol Access Point and technical infrastructure in the background. The white-label agreement is not certification by itself.

Clear boundaries

Who is responsible for what in a white-label setup?

The standard white-label programme clearly separates the partner's responsibilities, ePošťák technical operations and items billed outside the monthly fee.

Partner

Your brand and your clients

The partner owns the commercial relationship with its end customers and serves them under its own brand.

  • your own user interface or a partner-branded client solution
  • your own provider identity after separate approval by the Slovak Financial Administration
  • client onboarding, communication and all client support
  • provider webhooks, activation and provider changes in your own flow
  • accuracy of the data that the partner or client submits to the service

ePošťák

Peppol infrastructure in the background

ePošťák provides the technical backend and shared Peppol Access Point. It does not create a client account for a new accountless company; the Access Point's technical, network or legal identity may remain visible where it is part of the infrastructure.

  • certified technical backend and Peppol delivery
  • controlled infrastructure, monitoring and technical logs
  • production Partner Dashboard, API keys, webhooks and partner support
  • 99.5% availability target for infrastructure controlled by ePošťák

Billed separately

Usage and additional work

The monthly white-label fee does not cover documents processed through the API or individual work outside the standard product.

  • sent and received API documents under pay-per-use pricing
  • custom development, data mapping and ERP troubleshooting
  • assisted migrations, training and exceptional exports
  • individual SLAs, legal addenda and extended support

The actual product

What the partner actually gets

White-label is more than a logo above an API. It combines the client layer, production Partner Dashboard and delivery infrastructure in one operating model.

  1. 01

A new company stays in your product

For a new accountless connection, the client selects you directly in vPDS. They do not create an ePošťák account, go through ePošťák OAuth or leave your user interface for documents, statuses or support.

  2. 02

A faster launch without your own Peppol Access Point

You use an existing Access Point, SMP integration, signing, monitoring and technical logs. You do not have to build and operate the entire delivery infrastructure yourself.

  3. 03

One provider flow under your control

The partner sees companies, usage, billing and contracts in one place. You receive the provider webhook directly, register the client in SMP through the assigned interface and receive documents and events through your production webhooks.

Getting started

How do you launch Peppol white-label with ePošťák?

First verify the integration flow, then complete production approval and separate provider approval by the Slovak Financial Administration. The detailed technical process remains in the onboarding documentation.

  1. 01

Verify your integration in the sandbox

The sandbox is free. It is used for API testing; ePošťák support helps manage test Peppol participants.

  2. 02

    Request production access

Choose the production API and white-label programme, provide your company details and have an authorised representative accept the integrator agreement.

  3. 03

    Configure the brand and operations

We agree the webhooks and support model. You operate the client interface, domain, and complete customer email layer under your own brand. ePošťák sends no platform email to White Label end customers; the integrator owns customer communication and email delivery.

  4. 04

    Connect your first companies

After separate provider approval by the Slovak Financial Administration, the client selects you directly in vPDS. You receive the activation through a provider webhook and register the company in SMP.

How do you connect a specific client company?

For a new accountless company, the client flow stays in your product: you receive the provider webhook and send the verification_token to the White Label API without ePošťák registration or OAuth. For a reused company, only required history and legal evidence remain; client access and branded platform artifacts are blocked.

  1. 01

    Selection in vPDS

The client selects your company directly as its digital mailbox provider.

  2. 02

    Provider webhook

Activation details arrive directly in your provider flow.

  3. 03

    SMP registration

You register the company through the assigned production interface on ePošťák infrastructure.

  4. 04

    Documents to you

You receive documents, statuses and operational events through your webhooks.

The detailed process, deactivation and the distinction from the model in which the client selects ePošťák are covered in one canonical onboarding guide.

Answers for partners

Frequently asked questions about white-label and Peppol integration

What is a white-label digital mailbox?

A white-label digital mailbox is a partner solution in which the partner provides e-invoicing to its end customers under its own brand. ePošťák provides the technical backend, Peppol Access Point, delivery infrastructure and monitoring.

What is the difference between Enterprise API and white-label?

Enterprise API is a technical integration billed by the number of documents sent and received. White-label adds a partner-branded client and operations layer with a monthly fee; API documents continue to be billed separately.

Does the partner become a certified digital mailbox provider?

The white-label agreement is not certification by itself. The partner must separately complete approval by the Slovak Financial Administration and be added to its provider list. The client can then select the partner directly in vPDS, while ePošťák provides the Peppol Access Point and technical infrastructure in the background.

What can appear under the partner's brand?

The partner provides the client interface, logo, colours, domain, and all customer email in its own solution. ePošťák sends no platform email to White Label end customers. The technical, network, and legal identity of the shared Peppol Access Point may remain visible where it is an unavoidable part of the infrastructure.

How much does ePošťák white-label cost?

Contact us for a White Label offer tailored to your requirements. API documents are billed separately by usage.

What is an active company?

An active company is a production company with e-invoice sending or receiving activated through ePošťák or the white-label partner, or a company that processed at least one document in that month. Demo, sandbox, test and non-activated companies do not count towards the limit.

Can the partner resell the service to another reseller?

The standard white-label programme is intended for the partner's own end customers. A further reseller, sub-white-label, relay service or technical mailbox provider is not included without a separate written agreement.

How are companies connected to a partner?

After the partner is approved, the client selects it directly in vPDS as its digital mailbox provider. The partner receives the provider webhook, sends the verification_token to the White Label API, and the company is registered in SMP. A new company does not get an ePošťák account or use ePošťák OAuth. A reused company may retain historical and legal records, but ePošťák client access, old sessions, links, and branded artifacts are blocked throughout White Label management.

Do you need an API or a service under your own brand?

If you only need a technical integration, start with Enterprise API. If you want to serve clients as the service provider under your own brand, request white-label production access.
