For Norwegian companies
Get your Norwegian company on Peppol in one working day
ePošťák (Kaja Solutions s.r.o., Slovakia) is a certified Peppol access point. We register Norwegian companies (0192:organisation number) in ELMA, the Norwegian Peppol registry run by Digdir, so they can receive and send EHF/Peppol BIS invoices.
You pay only for delivered invoices. See pricing
How it works
1. You, 2 minutes
Fill in the form below
Enter your organisation number, tell us who you are and give us your e-mail address.
2. You, within 48 hours
Confirm your e-mail address
We send you a link. It is valid for 48 hours. Nothing happens until you open it and confirm.
3. We, then you if needed
We check Enhetsregisteret
If brreg lists you with signing authority alone (signatur or prokura), nothing else is needed. If you sign jointly, are not listed, or brreg cannot state the rule by machine, we e-mail you and ask for a signed power of attorney (fullmakt) as a PDF, which you send back by e-mail.
4. We, within one working day
We register you in ELMA
You receive an invitation e-mail, valid for 30 days, to create your ePošťák login. The dashboard is in English.
5. From then on
Invoices arrive in your mailbox
Invoices from your customers arrive in your ePošťák mailbox, and you get an e-mail notice. You send invoices from the dashboard, or your accounting software connects through our API.
What you need
- A Norwegian organisation number of a legal entity (not a sub-unit, underenhet) that is active in Enhetsregisteret.
- To be the person with signing authority for the company, or a power of attorney (fullmakt) from that person.
- An e-mail address we can reach you on.
Sending and receiving
Receiving
Receiving is automatic once your company is registered. Suppliers who send EHF/Peppol invoices to your organisation number reach your ePošťák mailbox.
Sending from the dashboard
Create invoices in the English dashboard: VAT 25, 15, 12 or 0 %, NOK or any currency, and a PDF copy in English.
Sending through the API
Software vendors and accountants can send from their own system through our API.
API integrationWho can receive your invoices
The customer must be in the Peppol network to receive an invoice this way. Norwegian public sector bodies always are.
For software vendors and accountants
One API serves all your client companies. Each company owner confirms the connection. A test environment runs on dev.epostak.sk against the ELMA test registry; request access at info@epostak.sk.
Register your company
Enter your organisation number to start. Nothing is registered until you confirm your e-mail address.
Frequently asked questions
- Who may register a company?
- The person with signing authority for the company in Enhetsregisteret (signatur or prokura), or anyone holding a signed power of attorney (fullmakt) from such a person. The company must be a legal entity that is active in Enhetsregisteret, not a sub-unit (underenhet).
- What is a fullmakt and when do you need it?
- A fullmakt is a signed power of attorney. We ask for it when you sign jointly with someone else, when you are not listed in Enhetsregisteret, or when brreg cannot state the signing rule by machine. You send it back to us as a PDF by e-mail.
- How long does it take?
- Usually one working day after you confirm your e-mail address and, if needed, we have received the power of attorney.
- What does it cost?
- You pay only for delivered invoices. See the pricing page for current prices.
- Does ePošťák replace my accounting software?
- No. ePošťák is the connection to the Peppol network: it receives and delivers invoices. You can send from the dashboard, or connect your accounting software through the API.
- Can I move from another access point?
- Yes. Write to info@epostak.sk. ELMA allows one registration per company, so your old provider must release it first.
- What is EHF / Peppol BIS?
- EHF is the Norwegian name for electronic invoices in the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 format. They are structured XML documents delivered through the Peppol network, so your accounting software can read them without manual entry.
- Is there a test environment?
- Yes. dev.epostak.sk connects to the ELMA test registry. Request access at info@epostak.sk.
- Where is my data stored?
- In the EU, in Germany. Security management per ISO 27001 is in progress.
